A plan set is fine
You do not need to rewrite a construction package into an email before sending it. If the relevant signage information is already in the drawings, send the plan set and tell me which sheets or specification sections matter. I can review the package, identify production questions, and coordinate pricing through the appropriate AlphaGraphics resources.
Why I may ask questions before pricing
Sign bids can change materially based on substrate, mounting method, access, height, illumination, permitting, removal, and site conditions. If the written scope conflicts with a drawing or leaves one of those items open, I would rather clarify it than build a price around an assumption.
Austin and Central Texas
I review qualifying signage opportunities in Austin and surrounding Central Texas markets, including North Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and San Antonio. Larger or multi-location projects can also be evaluated for broader coordination.
